Uptown is tough to bicycle at this time, with only one connection from BR-12 planned. To be more friendly to human powered transportation (active transportation), the community needs to define, and fund, recommended routes to and from all four quadrants of the Franklin-Main road intersection. Communities within the quadrants should be able to walk and bike safely to Uptown without driving.
Reducing traffic through the area would be helpful. Perhaps reroute OH-725 over Paragon instead of Main St. to reduce out of state traffic over time.
