Bicycle Touring: Styles, Routes & Resources
This program will cover the spectrum of bicycle touring from fully loaded to ultralight and from self-supported to guided tours. Other topics include route planning and resources. Registration required.

Bicycle Maintenance 1
This hands-on classroom session will help you diagnose and perform common bike repairs. Topics will include inspections, fixing a flat tire, and chains. Once you have gotten your hands a little dirty in this class you will have a great foundation to move on the Bicycle Maintenance 2. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Registration required.

Bicycle Maintenance 2: Brakes
This next step in the bicycle maintenance progression will give riders a more comprehensive understanding of what slows your bike down. This hands-on class will offer guided practice in brake maintenance. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Bicycle Maintenance 2: Shifters & Derailleurs
This next step in the bicycle maintenance progression will give riders a more comprehensive understanding of what makes the wheels go round. This hands-on class will offer guided practice with drive-train maintenance including shifter and derailleur adjustments. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

Bike To Work Day Pancake Breakfast
Leave your car in the garage and support National Bike to Work Day. Ride in on your own or with a group to RiverScape for a free pancake breakfast then head to work. Live music, cycling-related exhibitors and a team challenge are also part of the fun. FREE

This program will cover the range of bicycles for touring and bikepacking. Also we'll explore the bags needed for carrying everything you need and other equipment. Registration required.
